Personalised DVA Community Nursing for Veterans

As an approved Department of Veterans’ Affairs Community Nursing Services provider, NHCH delivers respectful and personalised nursing support to eligible veterans and war widows or widowers. Our goal is to help you manage your healthcare needs while remaining safe, comfortable and independent in your own home.

Depending on your assessed clinical requirements, support may include wound and skin-integrity care, health assessment and monitoring, medication assistance and personal care. New clients and those beginning a new episode of care require a referral from an authorised healthcare professional, after which our team will arrange an assessment and develop a care plan suited to your individual needs.
