Personalised care based on individual needs
NHCH is a non-government entity delivering services to support NDIS participants and Aged Care clients through Home Care Packages and Department of Veterans’ Affairs Community Nursing.
We are proud to be a locally owned and operated business delivering reliable and professional home health care. Our individualised assessment ensures we understand your personal health and lifestyle goals, taking into consideration your cultural, religious and lifestyle choices and beliefs.
Our care team consists of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and Disability Support workers. All our staff have their professional qualification as well as CRC, WWC and First Aid Certificate.
Pricing options
At NHCH we have a variety of options available to help minimise the burden and stress often associated with health care services and treatments. Our team are always available to discuss this with you.

Aged Care clients and those receiving community nursing assistance through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs can access the following services through NHCH:
Personal Care
Personal Care includes assistance with activities such as bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, mobility, and communication.
Cleaning and household tasks
Cleaning and household tasks may include cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, tidying); help with making beds; ironing; laundry; meal preparation; shopping; bill paying.
Garden care
Light gardening can include watering, weeding, pruning, mowing and maintenance.
Respite
Support when carers are unavailable or need a break. Respite can be in the home or the community.
